Less Traveled
From the vibrant streets of Haiti to the innovative tech hubs of the United States, my journey has been one of growth, challenges, and relentless pursuit of being of value. Every step of the way has been guided by a passion for technology, a commitment to community, and a deep-rooted connection to my heritage.I met many great people along the way

Growing up in Haiti, I was surrounded by a rich culture and a community that valued resilience and creativity. These early experiences laid the foundation for my journey into the world of technology and social impact. My educational path led me to specialize in financial crimes, a field that combines my love for problem-solving with a drive to protect the integrity of global financial systems.
As a teenager, I read “Les Miserables” by Victor Hugo a book that profoundly influenced my understanding of humanity and the importance of taking action. It offered me a framework for grasping the vast spectrum of human experiences and solidified my growing desire to contribute meaningfully to the world.

On my journey to grasp the complexity of the human experience and actively engage in every community I was part of, I immersed myself in learning languages. I became an avid consumer of diverse cultures, honing my intercultural communication skills. This has enabled me to build meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with people from all economic, social, and ethnic backgrounds
I strongly believe that if I am part of any community, I have to leave it a little better than I found it.
When I fell in love with the Internet and the relatively uncharted world of cybersecurity, I was in middleschool in Port-au-Prince, Haiti It was sometimes in the late nineties, when cyber cafes were a thing. I was in a Yahoo chatroom and for some reason started a dispute with a stranger. He told me to stop or else he would kick me out of the room. I responded that he wouldnt dare. NExt thing I know my computer started filling up with windows and subsequently shut down. I felt in love instantly: the web was a magical place, overflowing with animated gifs, eye-catching wallpapers, and a seemingly endless supply of The Simpsons soundbites and anime pictures.
I spent countless tinkering with code as I learn the inner working of computers and programs, and dreamed up new and creative ways to make them do new things. It’s what I did for fun. And before long, I found myself spending more time on the web than I spent with my friends or other teenage endeavors. It was obvious that my heart wasn’t in what other people my age were interested in and my focus was elsewhere.

Ultimately, after highschool, I got an associate in telecommunication in HAiti-Tech. I also did 3 years studying International law in Haiti and transferred my credits to Middlebury Institute of International Studies where I earned a B.A. in International Studies and a Master’s degree in Nuclear Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies specializing in anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and terrorism financing
My plan was to use my newly acquired degree to help tackle corruption first in Haiti and to the developing world. This is why I started my consultancy business to work with private and public institutions in developping to help them achieve international anti-corruption standards so they can have access to foreign capital

I worked as a data analyst, idn’t ld’s,
Looking back on my career, I’ve spent far more of my life working independently than as a full-time employee for many individual company.
My entrepreneurial spirit and passion for constant and diverse challenges just aren’t conducive to being a cog in a machine. I have never had any real interest in climbing the rungs of the corporate ladder, although I have found myself at many executive positions.
More than anything, I’ve always wanted to walk the road less traveled and carve my own path rather than follow someone else’s.

I’m an introvert by nature. but if you ask my friends, they will strongly disagree. And if you’re a believer in the Myers–Briggs, I happen to be an INTJ, or also referred to as the “Architect” or “Mastermind”. But if astrology is more your thing, I’m a Scorpio Sun ♏, Capricorn moon but I don't know anything else on this topic beyond that.
